Anne Arundel set to host Region XX DIII Hoops Tourney

ARNOLD, MD – The Anne Arundel Community College athletics program is proud to announce it will be hosting the NJCAA Region 20 Division III Men's & Women's Basketball Tournament taking place February 19-21 inside the Jenkins Gymnasium. The three-day event will feature the top talent of NJCAA DIII Region 20 teams concluding with Championship play for the men and women on Sunday.

The general admission is $5 a person, $2 for students with ID, and children 10 years old and younger are free. Various concession and Chick-fil-A items will be available for purchase throughout the weekend.

Tournament action starts off Friday night with a Men's competition as the Riverhawks of Anne Arundel Community College take on the Wolfpack of Westmoreland County Community College. Tip-off for the first round of the tournament is scheduled for 6 p.m. in the Jenkins Gymnasium.
