Region XX 2016 Championship Recap

Congratulations to Westmoreland County CC head coach John Rahl and players along with Athletic Director Dick Holler for winning the 2016 NJCAA Region XX Men’s Bowling Championships. Penn Highlands finished as Region XX Runner-Up on the men side.

Congratulations to Penn Highlands CC head coach Mike Lucas and players along with Athletic Director Sue Brugh for winning the 2016 NJCAA Region XX Women’s Bowling Championships. Westmoreland CCC finished as Region XX Runner-Up on the women side.

All bowlers who qualified will now be headed to the 2016 NJCAA National Bowling Championship in Buffalo, NY February 25, 26 and 27. Good luck to all at nationals.

Congratulations to Westmoreland CCC Bowler Mike Sarsfield who bowled a perfect 300 in his 1^st regional match on Friday.

The Region XX Championship was hosted by Main Bowling Center in Greensburg, PA.
