WOLFPACK VOLLEYBALL DEFEATED BY PENN STATE-GREATER ALLEGHENY
YOUNGWOOD, Pa. - Freshman Haley Kolar had a season-high five kills to highlight the Westmoreland County Community College's volleyball match against visiting Penn State-Greater Allegheny, won by the Lions 3-0.
Greater Allegheny swept the match by scores of 25-7, 25-13, 25-8. Kolar, who also had an ace, had many of her kills set up by Morgan Brown, who passed out five assists. Also posting kills were Arianna Matrone and Julia Jumper, while Brown and Matrone added service aces as well.
The Wolfpack return to the court Saturday when they travel to Butler Community College. Westmoreland will take on Region XX foes Howard Community College and Anne Arundel Community College in back-to-back matches.
