Update: Potomac State forfeited the game due to an ineligible player resulting in a 2-0 AACC victory.

KEYSER, WV – The Anne Arundel Community College women's basketball team suffered its second straight loss Friday evening, a 96-35 defeat at Potomac State. Autumn Foster-Fields recorded 11 points for her fifth double-digit effort in the last six games.

Foster-Fields also added eight rebounds and a steal. Sydney Woodland scored nine points, while Lacey Hinkle added seven points and six boards.

Potomac State was in control from the start, jumping out to a 35-9 lead at the end of the first quarter. AACC rallied after halftime, but couldn't make up the difference.

The Catamounts shot 44% against the Riverhawks, and benefitted from 24 AACC turnovers in the game.

AACC looks to get back in the win column on Wednesday when they host Howard Community College in a 5 pm game.
