
Potomac State women's basketball defeated Penn State Fayette at home Wednesday evening in a non-conference match-up. The Catamounts took a 26-8 lead at the end of the first and continued to run away with the game en route to a 79-41 victory.
Sophomore Hannah Ault led the way for the Catamounts with a game high 26 points. Ault also added 7 rebounds and 6 assists.
Potomac state dominated the entire game, not allowing PSU Fayette any chance back in the game. With alittle over two minutes left in the game, the catamounts held their largest lead of the night at 44 points.
Amber Bing added 18 points and Elizabeth Pryor added 12 points along with a game high 14 boards.
Potomac State will back in action this weekend when they take on region 20 oppenent Harford. tip-off is a 1:00.
