Women's Soccer Falls to Potomac State

Keyser, WV- On Saturday afternoon, the Lady Cardinals traveled to Keyser, WV to be hosted by the Catamounts.

Within the first 20 minutes of the match, Emily Mohammad blasted the team's first goal of the season to give the Cards an early 1-0 lead. Unfortunately, this would be the only goal scored by the visiting team for the entirety of the contest, as the Catamounts would score three unanswered goals- as well as an own goal by Catonsville.

Goalie Jenna Dade would once again demonstrate her skills as she saved six of the Catamounts 10 shots on goal- boosting her season save percentage to .644.

Mohammad would attempt three other shots on goal to no avail. Arshdeep Sahi would also attempt a shot on goal during the match.

With the loss, the Lady Cardinals fall to 0-2 on the season. Despite the slow start, the athletes are looking towards their future games to get back into the win column.
