BETHLEHEM, Pa. - After a disappointing loss in the opening round to Western Tech on Thursday, the Hibbing Community College Cardinals responded with a terrific all-around performance, downing Anne Arundel 100-60 on Friday at the NJCAA Division III Women's Basketball National Tournament. 

The Cardinals placed four players in double figures, led by Hannah Morris with 21 and Sherae' Cherenfant with 18.

Hibbing held Anne Arundel to 31% shooting from the field and forced the Riverhawks into 34 turnovers. 

Sarah Healy led Anne Arundel with 17 points and 18 rebounds, while Lacey Hinkle added 19 points. 

Hibbing will now advance to the 5th place game on Saturday at 2pm, while Anne Arundel will play in the 7th place game at noon.
