There's something powerful brewing at CCBC Catonsville! In one of the most impressive performances of the season, CCBC Catonsville's softball team crushed Christendom College 25-1 last Tuesday!

With 20 runs scored in the first two innings, the Cardinals made it clear that their early season struggles were a thing of the past. The Cardinals out-hit Christendom 31-0, and after allowing a run to score in the bottom of the fourth, they added five more runs for a final of 25-1.

Where to begin on the stat lines? Sohpmore outfielder Abigail Heagy (Eastern Tech) drove in seven runs with a home run and a triple. Freshman second baseman Katie Weaver (Eastern Tech) kept the pressure going from her awesome first game with two doubles and two RBIs. Freshman Alix Alladin (Woodlawn) and Tori Bache (Northeast) each scored a double and an RBI. Freshman second baseman Madelyn Golt (Carver) added a triple and four RBIs, while freshman shortstop Morhgan Gross (Howard) had five RBIs and a triple.
