
Cougars Secure Second Straight Win by Outscoring Crusaders
The Frederick Community College Cougars men's basketball team extended its winning streak to two games with a commanding 73-53 victory over Christendom College. A dominant second-half effort sealed the win as the Cougars outscored the visitors 46-35 after the break.
Kentavious Dancy led the charge for Frederick with his first career double-double, scoring 25 points while grabbing 11 rebounds and knocking down five three-pointers. Aiden Igwebe added 11 points and eight boards, while Kylan Johnson dished out nine assists to keep the offense flowing.
The Cougars controlled the boards, outrebounding Christendom 43-25, and moved the ball well with 20 assists as a team. The Cougars now sit at 9-12 overall and FCC looks to keep the momentum going in their next contest at home against Chesapeake College on Wednesday, February 12 at 7:00 PM.
