Field set for NJCAA Region XX men’s and women’s D-I soccer championship

Nine teams will be competing for NJCAA Region XX Division I women’s and men’s soccer championships.

Harford (Md.) Community College has earned the top-seed in the three-team women’s field and will receive a first round bye.  The Community College of Baltimore (Md.) County - Essex is the second seed and the College of Southern Maryland is the third seed and will play at 4pm on Thursday, Oct. 29 at CCBC – Dundalk with the winner advancing to the championship game against Harford.

The women’s championship will be on Saturday, Oct. 31 at 11am at Harford in Bel Air, Md.

On the men’s side, six teams will be competing for the championship.  All games in the tournament will be played at the highest seed.

Community College of Baltimore County – Essex has earned the top seed and Harford is the second seed and both earned a first round bye.  Hagerstown (#3), College of Southern Maryland (#4), Frederick (#5), and CCBC-Catonsville (#6) round out the field.

The Region XX Champion will advance to the NJCAA North Central Championship on November 7 at the site of the Region XX champion.
