Allegany (MD) and Anne Arundel claim Region XX Men's Golf Championships
Allegany College of Maryland captured the NJCAA Region XX Division II Championship and Anne Arundel Community College won the NJCAA Region Division III Championship.
The winner of the Division II Regional earned a spot at the NJCAA National Tournament in Swan Lake Resort in Plymouth, Indiana, May 22-27. Region Medalist winner, Jacob Benish, of the College of Southern Maryland also earned a spot to Swan Lake. The 2016 NJCAA Region XX Division II Tournament was hosted by Cumberland (MD) Country Club.
The Region XX Division III Golf Regional champs, AACC, earned a spot at the NJCAA National Division III tournament in Chautauqua Golf Club, NY. Region Medalist winner Tommy Dimun of Butler County Community College also earned a trip to New York. The 2016 NJCAA Region XX Tournament was hosted by The Links of Spring Church (PA).
