Phantoms Fall at Home to Cecil 0-1

Our DCCC Mens Soccer hosted Cecil College. With a winless record, our Phantoms and Cecil College compete to get their first win of the season. First-half Phantoms struggle to gain offense with only one shot in the half. Five critical fouls and one yellow card prevented any momentum and field control. The Phantoms tied at half at NIL (0-0).  Second Half Phantom's sorrows continued. While Phantoms struggled to gain field advantage, DCCC's time of possession was on defense. Our Phantoms had two shots on goal. Cecil College increased the number of shots on goal in the second half (9 SOG). Jose Santillan-Cruz scored in 47:28 as Cecil College pulled a shoutout victory 1-0. Cecil College gets their first win of the year as our Phantoms continue a winless record of 0-6-0.
